30-day returns

You can return most unused physical items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

1. Email support@fastdealshopping.com or call +1 551-208-9800 with your order reference (it starts with FD-).
2. We reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back with tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping is refunded only if the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if you can, and we will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.

Items we can't take back

• Gift cards and eGift cards once delivered
• Software and app codes once delivered or redeemed
• Opened personal care items, supplements and grooming products, for hygiene reasons
• Items damaged through misuse

Cancellations

You can cancel an order request any time before it ships by contacting us. Digital orders can be cancelled until the code is sent.
