About these terms
These terms apply to your use of fastdealshopping.com, operated by Fast Deal Shopping, 275 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Newark, NJ 07102, USA. By using the site or placing an order request you agree to them.
Orders
Submitting the checkout form sends us an order request; it is not yet a contract. We confirm availability and price by email and send a secure payment link. A contract forms when your payment is accepted. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and we will refund anything you have paid.
Prices and promotions
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is added where required. Promo code FAST10 gives 10% off eligible items (gift cards are excluded), one code per order, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders of $45 or more after discounts, otherwise $5.49; express shipping is $12.49. Delivery times are estimates. Digital products are delivered by email.
Digital products and gift cards
Software subscriptions, learning apps and gift cards are subject to the issuer's own terms. Codes are delivered to the email you provide; please check it carefully.
Returns
Returns are handled under our refund and return policy.
Product information
We try to describe products accurately, but colors and packaging may vary. Brand names belong to their respective owners. Follow manufacturer instructions, especially for supplements, heaters and safety equipment.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
